I have to admit that due to the extremely long delivery time of components, mainly because of the COVID pandemic (it took two months to get connectors), the entire development of the booster box prototype lasted for half a year. It allowed me while waiting for the components, to try a lot of options and choose the best parts.
The booster box turned out to be a surprisingly solid and robust device.
The nearest plan is to rewire the main PCB to install a microswitch that flips the output of LED display, depending on the booster box installation, since today you have to separately flash electronic blocks for “left” and “right” installation of booster boxing. And, accordingly, the finalization of the microcontroller firmware for such an update.
